I run this rumba almost everyday ! It does a good job . I actually ordered it to replace one that I had been using for 7 years . I broke the threads off the little screw hole that holds the screen filter on . I tightened it too much . And the battery was not charging as long after much use . I had gotten my moneys worth out of it !!

This is a great product. Worked right out of the box. Plugged in the charging dock, sat the robot on the charger and let it charge over night The next morning I pushed the "clean" button and it started cleaning, when the battery got low, it returned to the charging dock. It did an excellent job. I have not connected it to my phone yet, simply working with it directly. Good product, couldn't be happier.

Love my shark ion robot vacuum

Love this shark robot! Works very easily with the app; it cleans the entire house. I had a hiccup when walmart.com tried to deliver it with OnTrac (it never arrived) but their c/s made good and I ordered it again and it arrived timely by a normal delivery service. It cleans everywhere, including UNDER THE BEDS! If your house is relatively clean, the Shark has adequate dust bin storage. I would not suggest this model if you have a shedding pet. I am one happy camper with this item. I schedule it for its times on the app.
