Works great! I had the older style years ago- being able to wipe out the machine is a game changer! Great humidifier! Keeps us comfortable with the heat running all winter long. This newer design, the indicator light times off unless it is empty, so we don't have to cover it to sleep in the dark. There's also a nightlight feature my kids love in their bedrooms, as well as a built-in sound machine. Easy to clean and works great! Kids are sick, so we'll be trying out the little scent packs that came with it! Love this humidifier!

I bought this to replace a humidifier that still works great, but I wanted a top fill for my tween daughter's room so she could fill it easier with less mess. I love how easy it is to fill and clean. Everything comes apart to make cleaning in hard-to-reach areas very easy. The "tunnel" that the mist comes up through even snaps apart. You just have to make sure you snap it securely back in place. I also love that you can unplug the power cord from the humidifier itself. That was always such a hassle in her room due to the outlet location being hard to access. Now we can just leave it plugged in at the outlet which is nice. I love the humidifier and would recommend it. The only thing that would have made it perfect for us, is the vapopad tray location. Her old humidifier has a little door on the outside of the unit to open and insert up to 2 vapopads. This unit only allows for one and it's located under the water tank. So, if she forgets to add one before she fills it back up, it's not an easy task to add one with a full tank of water. Even when the water tank is partially full and she lifts it to add a pad, there are drips of water. If the vapopad location had been on the exterior of the unit, then the humidifier would be absolutely perfect.
