Our family lives in the hot desert. We have asthma and allergies, so humidifiers really help us to be able to breathe easier. This Crane Droplet Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is easily my new favorite! First of all, I was surprised with its power. It isn't some huge tank, but still managed to fill a room. On low, it emptied after about 12-15 hours of use. On high, it emptied after about 4-5 hours of use. Remember, it's a smaller tank so it's meant for for medium or smaller sized rooms. Second of all, I love the many bonus features. For example, it has a handle at the top of the tank making it easy to refill and/or empty. Also, the light to indicate which setting you've chosen doesn't stay on. That's especially nice for when I'm sleeping, so I don't have a bright LED light staring at me through the night! I also really love their Vapor Pads. These are purchased separately. On the base, there's a slot to add these. It'll add relaxing aromas as it vaporizes. I find this especially helpful with my littles when they're sick or congested. Third, I never thought I'd think this of a humidifier, but it's beautiful. The white and clear design makes it work in any room of our house and isn't an eyesore. You also don't notice it because it really is very quiet! Overall, I think this humidifier is great for any family. It's really helped us to find relief from all of the hot, dry air where we live. My son loves it. He was having issues with the dry air in Arizona. Since receiving this, he uses it every night %26 coughs way less and sleeps well. Excellent purchase.
