Microwave: Microwave Directions: Tear pouch 2 inches to vent. Heat in microwave on high for 60 sec (Oven times may vary. Take care when handling hot pouch). Pour beans into pan and simmer over medium heat until desired temperature. Stir occasionally. I love to pack these for lunch. They're quick and easy to prepare. They taste good on their own. I just add a little salt and pepper to taste. I've also added these to rice and dressed them up with some fresh avocado and cilantro. Each pouch is packed with plant based protein. Love them!
