These rotating trays work great with my Big Green Egg (BGE XL) rotisserie. Without question, this provides the best results for many types of cooks. Balance is everything so you have to plan the cook and make sure equal counterweight is possible. It is a stunning sight and my guests/family love to stand around and watch this cooking spectacle. Made two racks of St. Louis Spare Ribs, then corn, brats and broccoli while ribs were resting
