They are not blackout just room darkening. Which was good for me. The material is so luxurious. They feel expensive. Nice weight. And the colors are as they appear in the ad. I have a modern farmhouse theme in my home with a little bit of cottage. These were perfect and pulled my living room together nicely.

I was skeptical about the quality before I received the curtains. Ordering on line is kind of a sight unseen thing. I was pleasantly surprised! They are well made, hang and drape beautifully and the color was pretty, which is difficult to determine on the computer. Overall, I am pleased with these curtains and will be ordering another set for my living room.
