This birdfeeder is ADORABLE! The design is so clever and well apportioned. The shape of the house is so cute. There are different compartments for different seeds, which helped me eliminate another feeder. There is a fine mesh on one side that works with the thistle seed some birds prefer. The center holds the chunkier seed with fruit and nuts in it and the other end is perfect for shelled sunflower seeds. It seems to be well constructed and very sturdy unlike most feeders I find. There is an opening at the bottom of the tray allowing seeds to flow out easily for access all the way around. They even included drainage holes to allow water to flow through and not mess up the seeds as much. The whole top comes off for easy cleaning and filling, no tiny space to try to pour seed into. The filled feeder is a bit heavier than the others I have out. It has bounced a little when the winds are gusting. It wasn't out 10 minutes ( the first time) before several different birds were popping in for dinner. They seem to like the perch level and easy access to the seed at the bottom. I just love it. I think I will wash it and apply a spray on rubber sealant to the outside to help keep the finish looking good and deter rust. It is fun to watch all the visitors to the "new house".

super cute. little tin bird house feeder. love it! my birds have already cleared out the seeds and pooped on it lol. on the heavier side, so make sure you have a good shepherd's hook or sturdy holder. great purchase !
