Flimsy.

This box is very cheaply made. I guess you could say it's waterproof because it's all flimsy plastic and not cardboard but the box itself does not keep water out. The handles have vent holes where water can easily enter. The sides, bottom and ends snap loosely together. I know I didn't pay that much for it but I expected it to keep water out.
