Usually use Berkely Fireline. Trying this because it's much cheaper. The diameter is good. It's easy to handle. Casts great. Ties on mono/flouro leader with FG knot and holds great. We'll see how it holds up but at the price vs other braids you can change it more often and keep fresh line on.

Absolutely necessary for toothy fish like pike, walleye, gar, and more. Best line around, I don't use any other one. Strong enough to pull a small pike up a pier without snapping. Doesn't burden nest or getting knotted up or anything. I wish I could get a sponsorship for this line because I love it so much and I use it for like six different rods.
