I was hesitant to try them but I'm glad I did. I've ordered 2 bags so far and there were 16 scallops in each bag (so they average about an ounce apiece). You should really watch a youtube video on searing sea scallops - they have some really good tips (use ghee if pan sauteed because it has a higher smoke point). The scallops were pretty good - I was pleasantly surprised. I've already bought them again. They're pricey but isn't everything nowadays?
