I have several BBQ products from ThermoPro; instant read thermometers, Temp Spike and temp probes for my WEBER Smokey Mountains, WEBER Kettles and KAMADO JOEs.. They are dependable and accurate which allows me to limit lifting the lid to about 5 times during a 15 hour smoke of a Pork Butt. Being able to know what temp the Pit is at as well as the internal temp of the meat is a real game changer and having the unit alarm when the temp either rises above or falls below a set temperature frees you up to do other things while the meat cooks. I wouldn't Smoke or Grill without it, and you can also use it when cooking in your oven. Quit trying to use time %26 temp from a label and know exactly what temp your food is at so that you can consistently get perfect results.

Great Thermometer!! This is the fourth thermometer of this brand that I have purchased. This thermometer gave me accurate readings without dropping signal even while I was at the neighbor's house across the street. Batteries held up fine throughout 6.5 hours of smoking ribs. It was nice to have an accurate ambient reading while still having three leads left to smoke three racks of ribs without haveing to use more than one thermometer. The company offers great after-the-buy service. I don't have any regrets over the purchase of this thermometer!
