The Body Shaper size I ordered fit me great but the upper tummy control part doesn't really do a lot except make it harder to get in and out of its very stretchy and only holds things in so much, It did help with my back support and gives me a better figure under my clothes The lower pantie shorts part does help thin my thighs the shaper feels nice to wear just be aware it takes awhile to get off if your needing to relieve yourself lol
