half happy half disappointed

I received my phone and so far I love it but I haven't been able to use it yet because I ordered a case and screen protectors, I haven't received those. it says that there's a problem with my account because of unusual activity so some of the orders had to be canceled so I'm really confused because it says they're going to be delivered on the 10th on two different pages

Galaxy Note 20 Black

I saw lots of negative reviews about this seller, but my experience was positive. I got the Galaxy Note 20, it was brand new in the box, and i easily switched my number over. I use straight talk and i ordered the black GN 20.
