this phone is compatible with straight talk. but you must have A or B Sims card. phone was really hard to navigate to get service on. and when I receive my item there was no SIMs card in the case. plus size it came with a fast charger and a phone case that was nice.

reply from Motorola Customer Care

Hi Michelle, We're sorry to hear about the setup difficulties you experienced, and we appreciate you sharing the details. For Straight Talk service, compatibility can depend on the SIM type and activation process, and some devices may require a specific SIM variant to complete provisioning correctly. In this case, we would recommend reaching out to Walmart so they can verify what was included in the box and assist further, especially regarding the missing SIM card at the time of delivery. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the included accessories, and your feedback about the setup experience has been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review. -Mitch
