This phone works great. My carrier (T-Mobile) immediately messaged me that the phone is incompatible with their system, which the seller said they would in a note shipped with the phone, but I have experience no issues. In the first hour of use I couldn't send a text message, the would just close after I selected a recipient. But I could summon the virtual assistant and dictate a text and send it and that would would work. Then after that and less than an hour that issue rectify itself. When I went to set the phone up I was immediately promoted to turn my old phone on and turn on Bluetooth. Then all I had to do was keep hitting "next" and everything transfered,even my eSIM. At first check only a limited number of contacts transfered then within an hour at most they all appeared. Every photo,video,screenshot etc in the camera/Google photos app transfered. Every saved text and email,no problems. I did have a few apps in a secure folder that I had to reinstall but no big deal. I did have to adjust a few settings, still no big deal. This is a brand new phone in a factory sealed box. It comes with a factory case that is very slim and feels good in the the hand and with a mild texture that isn't slippery at all. Also in the box is a 68 watt charger and a USB to USB cable. The charger has international pins instead of the blades we use in our receptacles in the US. But the seller throws an adaptor in the shipping box. And it works great, 30% battery to 80% in less than an hour. And from 30% to 50ish in about 15 minutes. The back of this phone is a vegan leather (silicone) that is textured and does not just slide out of your hand like the glass backed premium phones (which I hate). The display is excellent. Probably the same or better than phones costing 3 times as much. The cameras do a very very good job. Better that what you expect at this price point, not a Galaxy 26 or iPhone 16 but not far off. The battery does very good in constant every day use; calling , texting,emailing, watching videos , Google searches, Zoom call I easily got over 8 hours. The phone does not run hot (the Razr 2023 it replaced did). I've had no issues with the processor (and this phone inherited over 26G of storage from the last phone). Within the first couple hours it upgraded to Android 16 and all security patches . I also can make a call from my home using my carrier where I had to use WiFi for calls (probably due to the plastic back and frame vs aluminum and glass). I would only want the speakers to be louder but that's due to 40 years of loud work environments. Bottom line, I don't think you can get a better unlocked phone at this price point from any manufacturer. I'm completely happy with this purchase and would recommend this phone.
