Easy to assemble and sturdy design. All pieces consider the shape, function, and potential use of this desk. I currently use this to keep my cats food up high away from the dogs. Although not the intended use of the design, this use speaks to the sturdy nature of the desk. The cats are able to bounce up and down for feeding time and this desk holds up. Incidentally, I did find my 35 lb puppy perched atop this desk stealing kitty food in a brave act of exploration. There was very little give when I watched her bounce down in surprise at being caught in the act. Through all of that- I am absolutely confident in this desk's ability to fully perform in its intended use! I did use it as a sort of tv table to eat on before passing it on to the cats. It was brilliant. The ease of adjustment in height adds to its functionality and wonderful design comsiderations.

The desk fits in the space I intended for it. The assembly was straightforward and uncomplicated. All of the pieces were properly labeled, all of the drill holes lined up accurately. The built in AC outlet and USB charging ports are really useful.
