GREAT marinade mixed with Veri Teriyaki low sodium

Not too bad alone, but it's definitely not HOT, more flavorful. I like to mix this with Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Less Sodium and marinate thin-sliced flank steak overnight for the best 'almost beef jerky'. By that I mean don't over-cook it, leave it steak-like instead of cooking until it's jerky. Awesome flavor mixed together. I think it would taste great on chicken too and would definitely carmelize. It's a gooey consistancy so it sticks to food, just as you want it to.
