It's important to note that it doesn't keep the wipes hot, but it does prevent them from getting cold, which is ideal if you prefer wipes at room temperature. If you're looking for wipes that come out really warm, this might not be the right option. ( When you take out a wipe, it feels warm at first, but within 2 seconds it's back to room temperature, so by the time you turn around to clean your baby, it no longer feels that warm) However, it does a great job at keeping the wipes moist, which I see as a big advantage. I believe if it heated the wipes too much, they would dry out, so maintaining moisture at room temperature works perfectly. Another plus is the built-in light with two adjustable tones, which you can turn on, change, or turn off as you like. This is especially useful at night when you want a soft light while taking care of your baby without fully waking them. The touch control (5 seconds) is amazing. I've been using it for 7 months and it hasn't malfunctioned at all. It seems to have a long lifespan, and the touch feature works just like it did on day one.
