Within the extended warranty period and with proper installation, use, and maintenance per the user manual, Waterdrop provides warranty coverage for defects in design, materials, or workmanship, excluding cosmetic defects. This service applies only to products purchased from Waterdrop U.S. official website. Product usage must meet the following conditions: - Inlet water pressure: 14.5-87 psi - Inlet water temperature: 41°F-100°F - pH value: 6.5-8.5 - Turbidity: < 1.0 NTU - Water source: municipal tap water (Well water requires pre-filtration.) - Water TDS: < 750 ppm - Water hardness: < 7 grains per gallon Note: Product specifications and usage recommendations are for reference only. Water quality may vary seasonally, and Waterdrop is not responsible for issues caused by such fluctuations or usage beyond stated limits. This extended warranty service does not cover: 1. Damage from incorrect installation, use, or maintenance. 2. Removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or labels of product. 3. Physical damage due to mishandling or accidents (such as impact, dropping, etc.). 4. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, electrical problems, or force majeure events. 5. Misusing the product for unreasonable, unintended purposes or those beyond the capabilities of product's reverse osmosis system. 14. Use of replacement parts, filters, or other accessories not sold or manufactured by Waterdrop on this product. 15. Damage caused by non-manufacturing defects during the period of use by a non-original purchaser. 16. Continued use of known defective products. 17. Other problems not caused by product design, material, or workmanship defects. User Obligations Please follow the user manual to keep the product in good condition and kindly make sure: 1. Cooperate with Waterdrop's customer service and provide information or evidence for product malfunction assessment as needed. 2. Package the product properly before sending it to the designated Waterdrop repair site to avoid further damage during transit. 3. Report any service defects or problems to Waterdrop within 30 days of discovery to avoid affecting your warranty rights. Termination of Extended Warranty Service This agreement terminates if: 1. The extended warranty expires. 2. If you're found to have intentionally damaged the machine before buying the service, it will end automatically, and no fees will be refunded. 3. During the service period, if Waterdrop replaces the machine of the same model or at the same price for the user, this service will terminate after the replacement. 4. If the machine tied to the extended warranty service participates in a trade-in or recycling program, the agreement will terminate. Waterdrop reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users fabricating accidents or malfunctions for improper benefits. Return and Transfer of Extended Warranty Service 1. If the product is returned within 30 days of purchase and free repair service has not been used, the extended warranty may be refunded. 2. Tankless Reverse Osmosis System White
I got the G2 tankless water filter. Excellent water filter. The ppm reading for my tap water was around 438. After installing the filter it reads 50-60 ppm and the water tastes great. It was easy to install and does not alot of space under the sink.They also have excellent customer service. I had some concerns after I received the filter. They were resolved in a swift manner to my satisfaction. Still have to see whether the filters last for the lifetime advertised on them. But no major concerns so far.

Tankless Reverse Osmosis System White
Extremely easy to install, or so says my brother who installed it for me and knows about such things. I like the sleaziness of the design without nooks and crannies to be cleaned. Fits nicely under the little kitchen sink in my small one-bedroom apartment. I had an on-the-counter ZeroWater system that removed even more totally dissolved solids (00.0 from tap water of 175), but the WaterDrop system is more convenient and the filters last longer (the lowest TDS measure I get is 5). Very happy with the Waterdrop!

Waterdrop G2 Tankless Reverse Osmosis System White
The Waterdrop Tankless Reverse Osmosis is fantastic. I normally hate the taste of water, but when I tasted the reverse osmosis water, I was amazed how clean it tasted, there's no weird taste that's usually associated with mineral water. My coffee tastes so much better.I set my system to the faucet and I used a switch that gets plugged in to the outlet in order to shut the unit off. The waste water goes down the sink or collected in bottles and used for plants and washing meats and fruits.I have well water. My well water for the interior house goes through a water softener and like I said, the water tastes fantastic with no weird smells.When I tested the TDS from the faucet it read 107. When I tested the water through the reverse osmosis unit, the TDS read 3. I highly recommend a reverse osmosis unit, these are fantastic. I don't know why I even had in the past a water ionizer.
