Nice thermal, but shrinks after the first wash!

Reasons for only 4 stars are... It doesn't run small, but after one wash... It shrank... more than you would think! And after removing the tag... You know, the bothersome one they put by the back of your neck! I was very careful not to cut it too short, and it still formed a tear in the fabric, and now there is a hole by the back of my neck! I can't win for losing. Great material if it wouldn't shrink! So expect that if you go to buy one. I bought a small one, and it fit great until I washed it. Now I realize I should have purchased a medium! It is comfy and warm.
