Best griddle I've ever used - electric or stovetop

I've owned several griddles through the years and none have come close to this one. Cooks evenly - no hot or cold spots and very easy to clean. Superb for making potato latkes and pancakes. I used it to make perfect brussel sprouts last week --- first I browned them, then I covered them to make sure they were cooked through. It is expensive but worth it.
