Beautiful 14-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker with Touch-Activated Display, White Icing by Drew Barrymore

This was my 2nd purchase of this coffee pot since May, 2025 and I will not be be replacing this one with a 3rd. First carafe shattered after setting it down in the sink, (apparently too hard)? Returned it and ordered a new one. Last week, took the carafe out of the machine to go and wash it and it was shattered almost identically in the same spot. Clearly there is a design flaw as I've seen other reviews about the carafe breaking. 2 THINGS TO NOTE: Their customer service SUCKS! They don't sell replacement carafes!
