Very comparable to dairy milk, without any cholesterol. The Unsweetened Original Oat flavor is good without being sweetened. Delicious as is. I much prefer it to the taste of unsweetened almond milk. There's also Unsweetened Vanilla. Also delicious unsweetened. The Unsweetened Original is only 40 calories per 8oz (per cup). I think that's true of Unsweetened Vanilla, too. The Walmart price is good.
