I did one tablet to test. Worked within 20min like most tissue salts. Broke in half, put under tongue. Felt relief in 20. 6 hours. Low pain. Not sleep. I did again before sleep , high pain… slept. Must read on use for kids, seniors, animals. I will try two but again not Cure. Must want to relax, let it work. Read instructions, talk with doctor for allergies to ingredients. Natural Relief.
