It is gentle on your teeth and gums and it does work. You have to be super careful with the strips because they can fall apart on you, so take your time inserting them. No bad taste or after taste at all. I am pleased with the results (as you can see on the photos). You can see the end result on the right side of the photo. I recommend it.
