Verified Purchase

The first order was sent to my billing address instead of the MAILING ADDRESS! I called and the live customer service agent said he’d mark it lost, and resend to correct address! You guessed it: it was resent again to the billing address instead of the MAILING ADDRESS! Twice wrong!!! I still don’t have the product!
