It arrived today and of course I had to use it right away. When I say I love this machine, I mean I LOVE it!!!! The very first cup tasted Like a Starbucks barista had made it. It was delicious!!! The cup included is hand wash only. In place of it, I use a tall, sturdy, dishwasher-safe cup the same volume, and it works great. The coffee is brewed hot like normal, but your cup is filled with ice, so it makes iced coffee. I put cream and sugar on top of the ice before starting it, so that it dissolves better with the hot brew flowing over it.
