I like that it makes a "Good" cup of coffee. I was afraid it might be too weak. It's also fast. The Keurig I bought previously fell apart within 2 months-! This machine isn't super touch friendly. You have to hold each area for 3 to 5 seconds before it engages. You have to keep it unplugged until ready for use, which surprised me but that's OK. Other than those 2 things I'm very happy with it; also fits on my counter perfectly.

Great coffee once you figure out the querks....
This coffee maker is GREAT! I did have to figure out to press the K-cup in the capsule first before closing the lid. I also used the ground coffee capsule and found I ground the coffee too fine and get some residue at the bottom of my cup. Once done everything works really great!
