The only thing that I would say would make this coffee pot better was to have easy access to replacement pots. It is glass. I am blind and I go through them. I would like to be able to buy a replacement pot easily and not have to buy a new coffee maker every time.

The delivery person switched the tags on my box to a box of crackers. I informed him I didn't buy any crackers and my delivery should be a coffee maker. I had to get my phone and show him where I purchased the coffee maker. Walmart please come up with a new system for these deliveries.
