it's very bad: the cold water doesn't work. it doesn't make ice. They say 61 days have already passed and there's no refund or exchange. Terrible product and very expensive.

I ordered a twelve cup white mr coffee coffee maker and I received a 5 cup white mr coffee coffee maker. I am so very very disappointed. I paid $40 for a 12 cup and received a 5 cup. I've already lost money on the order so I don't intend to lose more by shipping it back. And I am already upset so I won't upset myself further with the error. But I won't be ordering from walmart.com anymore.

I waited over a week for a 12 cup coffee maker. Today I received a little 5 cup coffer maker. Clearly you could see that I ordered the 12 cup and this little thing is what I received today. What kind of company is this? Beyond disappointed.

didnt realize how large the holes had to befilled very time consuming was needed didn't know it had to be it wasn't mentioned, but was cute desigh resembles a pig.

These were packed unbelievably well. Each mug had thick padding so there's no way they could break.

Packaged just right. That baby is heavy and perfect. Used a lot of tape. Understand why tho. Got here timely no issues.
