Holds a few shirts or a couple pairs of pants at a time otherwise it won't agitate, so as long as you don't overcrowd it the clothes come out extremely clean! The spinner works so well that after only a couple hours of hanging my clothes are dry. The drain tube is extremely short, I put the washer in my shower while it runs for easy drainage and fill it up using my shower head. Recommend looking up a YouTube video on how to use it as the directions are very limited. I'm currently in a long-term hotel on a work assignment with no laundromat in the area and this was the perfect solution to needing a washer!

If you are still skeptical about purchasing this product, don't be! This company is a blessing! I truly mean this. I am not paid to give this review. This is an honest, well-deserved, highly recommended review for this company. My Zeny portable washer just recently stopped working after only having it for about two months, and unfortunately, at the time of purchase, I wasn't able to afford the extended warranty. Additionally, I was well past the allotted 30-day return window in order to receive a refund or replacement. God not only tested my faith but also the heart of this company. I then proceeded to step out on faith and inform this company of my circumstances to see if, possibly, a replacement could still be given. First, I want to start off by highlighting their communication and customer service. Their overall response time for each message sent was less than 24 hours. This allowed me to see how much they valued me as a customer. Next, their overall approach and sincerity towards the matter were commendable. Most companies would have strictly adhered to their policy and guidelines, as opposed to honoring my request. Zeny, however, not only offered to give me a refund twice, and when I kindly did not accept, suggested another proposal instead. They continued to take the time to listen wholeheartedly to my circumstances and, as a final result, offered to send me a replacement. This truly allowed me to see their sincerity and overall integrity as a company. For me, that's far more important than any defect or malfunctioning of a product. Regardless of any negative reviews on this platform, when you purchase a product from Zeny, you're not just buying a product; you're truly investing your time, money, and partnering with a company that values you as a customer and your business. I highly recommend this company and any of there products. They are a blessing!
