Padding is thick and comfortable, all the features you would need. It even raises up on one end should you need it. I like the aluminum frame over a wooden one. I bought this as a piercing table and this hasnt given me any issues. Its comfortable, its smaller (which I needed because my booth isnt big), and its very sturdy! The only issue I have is the face hold cover popping out all the time but honestly Ive just left the cover out.
