( A) While these types of drinks aren't necessarily considered healthy they do help when you need that little extra boost of energy. These days everything seems to come with a warning so I for myself feel like why not drink it since my body can tolerate it. In addition to the kick , Monster has a couple of flavors that make it more satisfying to my taste buds than others. I think it's good value for the money since the size is larger. Being honest here I dislike ALL of the sugar free/zero sugar Monsters. Yuck! But the originals are nice to me! No nasty aftertaste or burn and I personally don't get jittery. So far I haven't had any additional negative medical impacts from the ingredients such as taurine, caffeine or sugar. So while I do limit my intake of this drink , I am still able to enjoy it. So I would say give Monster Original a go if after checking out the ingredients and nutritional facts and knowing what you can or can not use allows you to do so.
