I really like the new weave pattern, more sheer, more matte. I'm a male who loves the way they feel, like a second skin. I started wearing them in youth as a runner and cyclist in cool or cold weather but they are comfort to run in in the heat because they mediate perspiration for even cooling. At a race recently, a lady complimented my tan, not realizing I was wearing Sheer Energy Suntan - she just reached out and touched my thigh and was surprised. I wear them 24/7, with shorts most of the year, except work. Errands, shopping, whatever - no one cares. I frequently get compliments from women (I'm in great shape with awesome legs due to my athleticism) Did I mention they feel great on my skin and are nicely supportive all over.
