We are missing one bolt

We are missing one bolt for the chair and would like it mailed to us as can't seem to get your customer service to follow through. we received and extra box with a brown product that is not ours- we would like it arranged to be picked up. Furniture is good, communications very poor

I love our new dining set! Been a long time customer of Polywood - have the Adirondack chairs, front porch rocking chairs,etc. Being able to leave them out in CT winters, colors don't fade, just a quick power wash or hose in the spring and back to looking brand new! (Probably wouldn't even need that in warmer/drier climates) 10/10

Dining room table and chairs

Love the table and chairs, but just be warned do NOT pay for white glove service on this. The chairs are already assembled and the table just has to have the two leg support screw screwed in which took the worker about five minutes to do. What a huge waste of money!
