Reliable and good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this exact model from the previous one that lasted me 10 years of constant use. So far this one works very well goes through all its cycles without a hitch and the coin dispenser is very reliable. I expect it to last me again another 10 years or more of constant use.

For the cost, I'd buy a regular washer instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and have had to repair it several times. Since it is a commercial unit, the warranty does not last as long as normal units which adds outside cost. For the cost I would have preferred to buy a normal unit as being a commercial unit it isn't has heavy duty nor contain features others have.

Does what it needs to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple straightforward unit bought a little over a year ago. Have had no issues until about a month ago the control board went bad on the unit. Not super happy with the fact that I had to replace a part on it already but it was a relatively easy fix and have had no other issues
