Ok, I have been ordering these for about 6 months. The ones I received from September through February are absolutely wonderful! I order them for my little Maltese. There has never been an issue. They arrive in one Walmart box. I pick them up. Easy breezy. They were great. Thick, absorbent, holds the urine, never and I mean never leak through. The color I always ordered was blue. They were always like a darker blue. Not dark but darker. Here's where it gets tricky...Walmart wants me to write a review. I don't know if I'm writing for the past 6 months or the ones I received in early March. So here's the review for the ones I bought in early March. I ordered the same exact chucks that I always do. Same place on the website same name, same amount, same everything. The first thing is, I receive the order in a boxes that say "Incontinence Supplies" on the boxes in very large letters. That's a bit embarrassing. I live in an apartment so anybody that walked by the place the packages are held looking for theirs would see these boxes are mine! Next, one of the boxes is hardly hanging on, literally! Hanging on by a thread. The thread being my name and address with Incontinence supplies being all you could see besides the chucks hanging out! I take them to my apartment and the one box hanging on by a thread breaks open in my foyer. Instead of putting them in the stash in the closet, I pick them up and put them in the spot for my boys chucks that I use every day. I notice right away they are a different color. Baby blue, not the darker blue. No big deal. Next it comes time to change a chuck. ( I should mention that my Maltese WILL NOT pee on the same pad twice. So I always have 3 down at a time.) I put one of the new ones down, trash the other. When I put the new one down it was very light and easy to shake out. I thought it was weird but I'm not a pee pad maker. Time to change a chuck again. He peed on the new one. It leaked through. It's hard to explain but the way I put the chucks down it kind of makes the letter "T" so they all overlap. I also have one of those huge really huge washable dog pee pads under the chucks in case he misses. Thank goodness for that huge washable pee pad and my letter "T"! I had to get a trash bag to the pee pad spot so I could throw away the new cheap pad that leaked through on to the good pad and the washable pad! The urine was literally running out of the chuck when I picked it up. Ran on to the good chuck that caught it and the washable pad. Ugh! So my review for the last set of chucks that I bought is save your money! They are terrible. They leak. They don't hold the dogs urine and they are not absorbent. AND....they are really embarrassing when they ship to your apartment building in TWO boxes that say INCONTINENCE SUPPLIES on the outside in very large letters!
