At first, I was a little worried because of some of the reviews, but it's so worth it. It's extremely comfortable, really soft, easy to assemble, and is packaged pretty securely. Plus when you're ready to get up, you don't have to put a lot of force into closing the reclining part. But still having that secureness whenever you're not wanting to get up.
