This is all I ever needed to make my life complete. Im not a public pooper but this little doodad and its brilliant carabiner clip tells the world Im not afraid to be #1 at going #2 and leave the stall fresher for it. To be honest I use this at home when the bathroom with my oasis is occupied but no drop in quality (just quantity of water).
