Birds Eye Cheddar Broccoli Bake, Frozen Side, 13 oz. Box

I like broccoli. I like cheese. This dish is quick, tasty, and is microwavable in its paper-based tray. I especially like the panko bread crumbs, which add some texture to each bite. If your kid doesn't like plain broccoli, this dish might be a good way to get them to like it. I know this is a processed dish and I should be making fresh broccoli, putting on my own cheese, breadcrumbs, etc. But I'm single and I'm all about convenience and not wasting food that I buy and don't use quickly enough before it goes bad. I also like that the tray they use is paper-based instead of plastic. Woo hoo! it would be nice if all these manufacturers went back to the "olden" days when containers and wrappings weren't plastic.
