Key item features

  • Potent Composition: Formulated with 90% available stabilized chlorine, consisting of 99% Trichloro-S-Triazinetrione (Trichlor), free from unnecessary fillers and binders.
  • Extended Release: These 3-inch tablets are thicker for a slow-dissolving action, ensuring a constant, consistent chlorine level without peaks and valleys often seen with granular or liquid chlorine.
  • Integrated Stabilizer: Each tablet provides 3.27 ppm of cyanuric acid per 10,000 gallons, with Trichlor containing 54.2% by weight of this chlorine carrier molecule, contributing to sun-stabilized performance.
  • Targeted Dosage: One 3-inch tablet delivers approximately 5.495 ppm of available chlorine into 10,000 gallons of water, typically sanitizing about 5,000 gallons for 5-7 days.
  • Application Versatility: Ideal for use in chlorine floaters or automatic feeders, these tablets effectively kill algae, bacteria, and other organic contaminants, maintaining pool sanitation.

EXCELLENT 3" Stabilized TriChlorine tablets!

Walmart has the best deal on these that I was able to find at the time for the 50 pound 3inch stabilized chlorine tablets. Was nice to see they come individually wrapped in a easy to open plastic bag. Our pool at 24,000 gallons uses 4 tablets about every 2 weeks, running them in the skimmer of our sand filter. Makes the pool water absolutely perfect. Everyone complements and are happy that they don't have red eyes or smell like they just dumped a bottle of bleach on themselves, lol. 5 stars!

Best overall price on the market

Best price compared with Doheny's online and Leslie's online. Individually wrapped tablets helps preserve freshness and decrease breakability. In the Swim (online only) and Leslie's (brick %26 mortar and online) are apparently owned by the same company. The bucket is easy to open and close. I have only ever used Leslie's 3 inch tablets so I expect the same quality with In the Swim.

best pool tablets ever

best pool products out there. this have several tablets in this size. have been buying their products this summer. i usually buy from a pool company not far from me. my water feels softer. my hair doesn't tangle and feel like straw or turn green from the hatsh chemicals. the price isn't much higher than i usually pay, so i will keep using this product.
