Revlon PhotoReady Color Correcting Pen, 010 for redness, 0.08 fl oz

I am a big beauty junkie and have bought many highlighters from drug store to big name brands. I have bought the YVS, smashbox, Marc Jacobs to find out the Revlon Photo Ready color correcting pen works just as well for a much cheaper price. I don't have much of redness or dark eye circles however, I will use this product more often now that I know it does what it claims. I will also write about the product as well as how I use the product as once upon a time I was lost how to correctly use a highlighter. I personally am glad I did get the chance of trying The Revlon Photo Ready color correcting pen, I will continue to use this pen as well and skip buying the high end brands completely! The Revlon Photo Ready color correcting pen has a top that snaps off, you must turn the bottom of the pen clockwise several times to get the product to come out of the soft brush bristles just like any other highlighter pen. For the under eye area sweep the soft bristles from your nose to the outer corner of your eye 2-3 times gently not to twist anymore product out. Then take your ring finger and tap the color correcting pen from the nose area outward. This Color Correcting pen can be used for dullness, a great under eye primer before using a liquid foundation, it applies great with or without a foundation on top of it. The pen is a very lite nude with very little color and it does bring out the dullness under the eye area. I have also used this pen as a primer under my eyes and over dark spots caused by aging. I do like the fact this pen goes on smooth no clumps, easy to dab into the skin with a slight glow of silver tone, not silver really but enough to add the highlight. After wearing this product without any foundation I do find under my eyes is also very moisturized, very thin layer not noticeable all but covering dullness, brighten the area as well as an under eye moisturizer all in one pen! This product was above my expectations since I have used high end brands for four years. If you've ever used Smashbox under eye corrector this by far is much better, no greasy feeling at all and much cheaper and no flash back! I have more mature skin and I will now continue to purchase my new to go "The Revlon Photo Ready Color Correcting Pen". For what it does and the price a person can't go wrong. Thank you Revlon for coming out with this product, I absolutely love it! This product should work for any skin type. Highly recommend the product coming from a beauty junkie! Revlon Photoready Color Correcting Pen is the cure for the appearance of redness. I have always had a problem with my nose turning red at the slightest coolness. With this pen, I simply turn the base and color comes up to the tip of the applicator brush. I apply it to my nose and the green color removes the look of redness. It really helps tone down the redness. I use to cover my nose when allergies have turned it red or under my eyes if they are red and puffy from sneezing. I sometimes use makeup over it if I am going out. It goes on lightly and I just blend it with my fingertips for immediate coverage of the area. What I really love is that it is so portable and easy to use that I can take it with me wherever I go. Should a sudden blemish pop up, I can quickly conceal it with the Correcting Pen. On cold days my nose turns cherry red when outside and applying the color correcting pen before I go out really helps. I keep one at home and one in my purse. I really like this product and continue using it.
