Hit all marks

The size was difficult to find. Vs. Amazon it was $30 to $40 less expensive than going directly to art frames. I went through many venues till I landed with this choice. Your chat line was not open. Telephone service was available, answered promptly by a human being and I was given a promo code. Excellent experience with a difficult to find frame that had color choices and is for a 30 year old nostalgic poster!!!!

Quality. Easy and fast!

Got 4 frames, they were all great well made and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I also like that I was able to use decimals in the configuration tool. It made it simple to take measurements from the sites I purchased the posters from and size them appropriately.

Fantastic experience.

The website was easy to navigate with very clear processes for ordering and payment. The frames arrived in a timely manner and were incredibly well packaged to prevent damage. The dimensions and quality of the frame were right on! I buy event posters for all of the concerts I attend and they're often very odd dimensions. I'll definitely be coming back for all my custom framing needs.
