I love my new shelving units. So decorative and sturdy. I had a hard time building the top because it has to be balanced just right or the sides fall and tear the sides. I found that if you put the backing on before putting the whole top section together that worked. It took me about six hours to do the whole unit but it was worth every minute. The shelves hold so much more than the smaller shelving I was looking at prior to this unit. It is beautiful an so functional!

Great bargain

I was drawn to this item based on its looks, ample size and number of shelves but considering its very reasonable price, I thought for sure I would be disappointed by the quality or being damaged because of poor packaging. I'm sure glad I took the chance; it came well packaged, had very precise placement and machining of all the fastener holes and clear assembly instructions. The added benefit of going with this company is they re-enforced the shelves with steel tubing so they can take up to 100 lbs. and don't sag over time. Another company offers what looks to be the very same cabinet, but without the re-forced shelves; beware!
