Performance issues but good value
Overall a great value for money, but there are some compromises. First, the water tank only holds 350 mills of water, so it runs out relatively quickly. Moreover, however, the child safety latch is really bad. It's hard to reach when holding the canister (on the arm of the water reservoir - where one is usually trying to hold the machine), and it doesn't stay depressed. This mightn't seem like a big deal, but one must grip the trigger with firm and steady pressure the entire time one is using the machine. My hands begin to hurt in short order. To my mind, these flaws should earn it a 3.5, but I'd to err on the side of caution with whole numbers. It's a good value.

It does the job
The hand held steam is strong ,the steam mop part isn't that great, the cord is short, so if you plan on walking around, get an extension cord, the child safety is a pain. I have to use both my hands to turn it on. It's not light weight. keep a water bottle with you to fill up, it just runs out pretty quick. When your in the zone cleaning. But the steam is powerful and heats up very good.
