Instructions

Everything you need is inside the box. See directions insert or leaflet and follow all safety instructions before you begin. ● Step 1: Mix. Put on coloring gloves and pour the ammonia-free colorant into the cream developer bottle. Place the cap back on the bottle. Point the bottle away from your face and shake vigorously until the mixture has blended completely. ● Step 2: Apply. Part your hair into 4 equal sections using the applicator tip, then apply the dye one section at a time starting at your roots. Do not rub the mixture into your scalp. ● Step 3: Leave in. Apply any remaining product through the rest of your hair and massage your strands gently until your hair is completely saturated. Leave it on for 25 minutes total. For resistant gray hair, add 10 more minutes. For blonde shades, add an extra 20 minutes to the total processing time. ● Step 4: Rinse. Put your gloves back on and gently rinse your hair with warm water until the water runs clear. ● Step 5: Condition. Apply Moisturize + Strength Conditioner to your hair and leave it on for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. ● PRO TIP: Use every 8 weeks to keep your color fresh and vibrant.

20 Years of Beautiful Color with Revlon ColorSilk

I have been buying Revlon ColorSilk for the past 20 years. I've switched colors throughout those years, but the brand has always stayed the same. I absolutely love ColorSilk, and there are so many great things about it. My hair actually feels soft after coloring, the odor isn't nearly as strong as some other brands, and it has never irritated my scalp or skin. I'm also always able to easily remove any color that gets on my skin. The colors are vibrant, leave my hair looking shiny, and last a long time when properly cared for. I will always be a huge fan of Revlon ColorSilk. I have a lot of thick hair and need about 2½ bottles each time I color it, so I typically buy three boxes every 4–6 months. After 20 years of using it, I think it's safe to say ColorSilk has earned a permanent spot in my bathroom!
