Revlon Color Effects Frost and Glow Ammonia Free Permanent Hair Color, 20 Blonde

This is a highlighting kit that has stayed tried and true. I section my very blonde hair and use an extra toothbrush lightly through the roots, meeting the parts that I don't want to reprocess. for me, I lightly place an open larger plastic baggie over top of my hair. In my experience through the years, I've left it on probably about 15 minutes or so longer and then rinse while then applying the conditioner all over. The conditioner packet is absolutely wonderful, and I suggest leaving it on for a while before the final rinse with cold water. the closest thing to the conditioner for future use that I can find is L'Oreal's purple shampoo for a reasonable price. I have been using this since Covid and I no longer have my hair colored at a beauty shop so every time I use it I think I’m saving at least $100. The longer you leave it on the lighter your hair gets. Basically it’s bleach so you have to make sure you get through the orange phase. I think I leave it on about 45 minutes. But, I love it.
