Amazing product- horrible website

Your product is great but your company website and touch points fails in comparison to sites like Wayfair. If you want to stay in business your engine needs to improve. Even this survey was directed to me was for an item I didn't purchase. I directed a friend to your site and she cancelled the purchase out of frustration. In this environment you will fail if you don't get your act together. You need a focus group or contact with your shoppers to guarantee your success. The website search engines and hot spots are horrible. Do you realize how often the cart is deleted when updates are selected? You have no idea how many customers you lose to frustration. You are fortunate I am a Montflake fan. Call me if you want to know your shortcomings. I want you guys to win. Your product is amazing.
