I read a review on here from someone who also wears a 38B, and I bought an XL instead of a L. It fits me perfectly on the last set of hooks! My under bust measures 35in. Over time, the bra will stretch out, and I can use the other set of hooks. This bra does a great job smoothing the side bulges and looks really nice under shirts. Lightly lined, not noticeable under clothes.

That is why I returned that particular bra. I ordered white but would have taken the Butterscotch if it were available in the white Underarm Smoothing Seamless wire free bra. Thanks
