I am a broken sleeper. I spoke to my PCP and she suggested I try Olly (she uses them). I was skeptical because nothing seems to work. I was amazed at how fast they kick in, which has been around 10 minutes, I take the suggested 2 gummies. The flavor is pleasant. I do sleep a bit longer without uninterrupted sleep. Before taking Olly I would wake every hour to two hours and get an average of about 5 hours a night. I have been able to sleep with about maybe one or two interruptions.

finally Getting Real Rest with these Gummies
l picked up this Maximum Strength Sleep gummy when my mind just wouldn't shut off at night. Each serving is 2 gummies for 10mg melatonin, plus L-Theanine and botanicals, and they're sugar free. The strawberry flavor is actually good — not chalky or weird like some supplements. Pros: • Kicks in within about 30–45 minutes for me • No groggy “melatonin hangover” the next morning • Love that it's sugar free but still tastes like a treat • The L-Theanine helps me feel calm, not just knocked out Cons: • 10mg is strong, so I started with 1 gummy to see how I'd react • Jar only has 50 gummies, so 25 servings goes fast Overall, 4.5/5. These have been a game-changer for falling asleep faster and staying asleep. If you've tried lower-dose melatonin and it didn't work, the “maximum strength” here makes a difference.
